"Disappointing in general. The property was misrepresented in Vrbo ad. Thought there would be view of the lake. Just a parking lot. Pool and small beach were closed between November and March. The weather was over 80 degrees while we were there but still no pool. No king size bed although advertised. It was a queen. Did not sleep six. There were Not enough beds or chairs for six. "Very clean and comfortable place to stay."

"Room was not very clean. Dirt on the floors, dirty glass left in the window seal, dirty washcloth left on shower head. No curtain on bathroom window. They tried covering bathroom windown with frosted window film but there was a 2" gap around the border of the window. It was a pain to watch tv. You had to do to many things to get the tv to work"

"We had reserved 4 rms. There were multiple baby roaches in the room, my socks turned black when I walked across the floor , it was filthy, window was not sealed in a closed position allowing warm air in, the phone never worked. Over all very unclean and some equipment in poor repair. I feel some of these issues have been ongoing for some time, not just 1 employees fault."

Great service, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, dog and horse friendly… there’s a reason they call it Disney for horse people! It’s truly magical!"
