I stayed at this property for 6 nights, overall, everything was OK. the location is great, less than 5 mins walk to grand place, it has central AC/Heater system, the room was warm for us, we had to open the windows to let cold air in. Water temperature in the shower was unstable, warm then cold and warm.

We had a family room for four people. Very spacious with three single beds and a double sofa. Plenty of space to move around. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus and free bottled water. We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold. Walk in shower with body wash and hair wash was another bonus too. We had breakfast which was ok, nothing special. We paid 15 euros per day for the parking. Location was perfect with the town centre few minutes walk away with lots of cafes, shops and market on Saturday.
