The property was nice and clean. The 3BR and 2.5 Bath was perfect for me and my family. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I will say is that I didn't see the game room that was advertised. Overall great stay!

I appreciated that the property was located next to the beach. However, the room did not meet my expectations. The Expedia listing highlights the Beach House, the large building facing the Gulf of America, but it does not mention the older facilities on the east side of the property. The common areas around the pools had standing water and debris. I stayed in room 1013, which had standing water at the entrance. Inside, the floor had a hole that also collected water. The room's quality was comparable to that of a budget motel. While the pools were nice and the whirlpool was warm, the Expedia site indicated that booking a fourth night would include complimentary loungers and umbrellas, but the front desk informed me that this information was incorrect.

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.
