"My first impression was of surprise to the location. I don't remember reading any warning about anyone having mobility issues. The pathway and steps are very steep, and the surface and steps could be better. I did have a fall, thankfully I didn't hurt myself. Perhaps a hand rail. Inside the property you could say was well lived in. We wouldn't expect it to be clinically clean but it could so with a little spruce up. The Fridge wasn't the cleanest, with black bits floating in the water dispenser....

"The property smelt strongly of people smoking (despite the fact that it was advertised as a non-smoking property). The lockable front door was loose in its frame and felt insecure, especially as the location is in a very run-down street with a lot of graffiti and rubbish strewn around. To cap it off, we were confronted with a rat in the courtyard entrance as we arrived back. We chose to pack our bags and drove home through the night, rather than stay. My initial complaint was met with a response...

"A group of 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights for work. The property is immaculate and extremely clean. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were only there in the evenings but it was very comfortable for all of us - we each had our own room and bathroom. The standard of the property is very high. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable! We couldn't fault the property at all! The check in process was easy and there is a Co-op around the corner...

"We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"

"absolutley lovely place. so spacious and cozy. me and my 7 friends stayed there and we all felt at home with how peaceful and beautiful the house was. check in was super easy and the 2 minute interaction i had when checking in with i assume the owner was very good. i couldn’t recommend a better place as this suited all our needs. unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we took liberty of the huge and incredibly comfortable lounge. "This property can allow you to have a break away from all the modern electronics that we have today. It gave me a feeling of being back in the 70’s, but it is a comfortable bungalow with an excellent view. The countryside provides for some excellent walking amongst sand dunes and along the seashore. The local natives are very friendly"

"The apartment was very clean and tidy in a nice area. About 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Bay, and 20 minutes from the city. Half a mile from Cardiff Bay station with good train links to various places. We had couple of issues when we arrived but they were sorted out quickly by helpful staff. It was a shame we didn't have a view from the balcony but we were on the ground floor. More cutlery and crockery would be useful, especially as there is a dishwasher in the apartment ( two teaspoons...

"It was a great area, walkable to the city centre and Cardiff Castle. Room was nice and spacious, good for 2 people. The only downside was that there was no AC and the fan that was provided barely worked so it was very warm in the room. As we were on the ground floor, by opening the window it didn’t help at all as it was covered from outside so there was no ventilation."
