"Had a great time away with family and friends. 4 adults and 7 children for October school holiday. Plenty of room in the property. Children had a great time in games room with plenty of communal space to feel we weren’t all over each other. Comfy beds. Good kitchen equipment. Great outdoor space. We were hit by storm Ciaren and had a power cut for several hours. The owner was amazing and went out of his way to provide us with a gas stove!! Lovely man. Lovely property. We hope to return."

"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"We had a fantastic holiday. The gite was perfect for our family of 4 and our sons enjoyed playing in the garden and on the swings. The decoration is really nice, especially all the detail in the bedrooms! We visited Bagatelle Parc which was a full day of fun. We had a great ride on the Chemin de fer de la Somme steam railway and our sons had fun climbing at Le Parc Salomon! We have also enjoyed the nearby beaches and the funicular train at Le Treport! "Seulement une nuit mais nous avons été tout de suite très bien accueilli par nos hôtes près des box avec une première présentation des chevaux / poneys pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants qui ont vécu une très belle expérience (ils en parlent encore). La chambre pour les enfants est juste incroyable, une grande pièce très bien aménagée. Et puis le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la côte."

And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. Abbevile close with great train links to Paris where we spent a great day and Amiens just over an hour drive Was about 1 hour 30 mins drive to visit the world war 1 memorial sites, well worth the drive. "The caravan was a lovely size for 4, was clean, comfortable and functional. We didn’t use any of the facilities on site as we were mostly out. The check in and check out was fluid considering the staff don’t speak much English. The area has nothing rally to do so you either need the car or the train to get out and do things. There was also a bee nest around the caravan. They assured us there was no risk but there were a lot over a wide area if this bothers you. We didn’t speak to the owner at...

"Booked (pre-Covid) in 2019 and stayed in April 2023 after Covid prevented us from visiting. Owners very accommodating and agreed to move the booking at no cost. The house, facilities and responsiveness of the owners was first class."

"On arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house to be cleaned on leaving is a complete rip off. We were told that we had to put our own duvet covers on and on leaving, strip the beds, take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen. Just wondering what 80...
