This 1,500 square foot house sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Actually, it sleeps ten if you count the dog and cat. That’s right, this is one of the few rentals that welcomes your furry friends. The stone lanai wraps around the house, creating a spacious outdoor living area. A table and chairs, beneath a ceiling fan, overlooks sparkling turquoise water lined with boats and palm trees. The dock beneath the grass embankment belongs to you. Tie up your boat or sit with your feet dangling in the water and watch for passing dolphins and manatees. The heated pool is surrounded by clusters of palms on one side and a spacious grass yard on the other, giving you total privacy. With the gas grill, poolside barbeques will become everyone’s favorite meal of the day. The interior contains the ideal blend of style and comfort. Natural light through ample windows fills the space. A mirrored wall in the dining room gives you a constant view of the waters outside. The bright, airy kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to coffee, tea or cocktails to enjoy on the lanai. The bedrooms all have televisions, and the master suite features sliding door access to the lanai. You’ve got all the comfort-enhancing amenities you could want, like air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You also have bicycles and everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. People drive for miles to visit Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a short walk away. This 79-acre natural gem is filled with white, sandy beaches, warm turquoise waters and mangroves. Go exploring on kayaks, water trikes or paddleboats. You can also sign up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles. There are many outstanding things we liked about this house. The pool was great. The location was very good as we were able to walk to several restaurants and Tigertail Beach. The outside area was great for pet owners and we made use of the dock with a pontoon boat. However, the inside of the house needs some upgrading. The beds were not very comfortable and the furniture was old and worn out. The management was very quick to respond to a few things that needed addressed and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Tim E. It needs an infusion of cash - the kitchen was poorly stocked, bathrooms need work, outdoor furniture was rusted and some of the cushions were torn. Overall, it seems to be a purely money making machine. If they invested some time and money into the house it would be a great rental. ##### Robert L. The home's location was perfect however it was not ready for guests. The pool was not operable at the time we came into the property. The home smelled vey musty. There were many reasons why the home smelled. Once I let the management company know they immediately sent out someone to take a look at the property. This location was by far our favorite. We loved being on the water. If this house was updated inside a ton we would choose to always stay here but it needs a lot of updates. It appears dirty just because it’s old decor. The couch has got to be 30 years old and very uncomfortable and worn. The beds are also very old.
