Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious, although it looked more beautiful on the photos. The beds were great and the shower had an excellent pressure but due to the lack of proper sealing, the water run out of the bathtub. There were great ammenities in the apartment, including a dishwasher, a washing machine and clothes line. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the beautiful old town but it was noisy at night for being close to bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again.

"There were few different parties going on in hotel, so restaurant and outdoor jacuzzi was not available for guests. All other amenities were just full of people. Hotel manager was rude and not very helpful. Instead of a nice time away from city crowd we ended up in w crowded hotel with no break"
