Overpriced. Other wise good.

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

Stayed in 416a. When we came to the property there was food left in the fridge from whoever stayed there before us, the floor was so dirty that our feet were black and visible trash on the floor, and the bedside tables were full of sticky stuff. The pull-out bed had a mattress cover that was just disgusting and no blankets.I called and let the staff know and they said that somebody would come clean in the morning. I called them to let them know that they could come clean in the morning and nobody ever came 6 hours later. I called again and they said housekeeping had gone home and she was the front desk manager and said that she was very sorry and that someone would be there in the morning and that we would get some kind of refund. So I called in the morning when we left the hotel to let them know that they could clean and then when I came back nobody had cleaned. I had the stuff from the fridge and the horrible blanket on the floor and that's the only thing they took when they came and no cleaning done. The trash that was on the floor was still there in a sticky stuff was still there on the bedside table. I called back and she said the lady said she cleaned but I told her it wasn't possible and she said that I would get a refund but I still haven't heard anything and that was 2 days ago.
