Dockside Access: Bring your boat! Up to a 26' vessel can be docked steps away from your back door. Your boat must be approved by the HOA and insurance provided for liability.   
  
The marina features a new concrete seawall for easy access. No trailer storage available. There are boat storage trailer places in Marathon for a fee.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)  
  
This property is dog friendly, so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre-approved. Pet fee is non-refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb\~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in the total cost. The fee is based on the breed.  
  
Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival  
  
Check out is 10 am on the day of departure  
  
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.
