The Katch Welcomes you home to Duck Key, in the heart of the Florida Keys, with this stunning open water view! on a double lot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. An updated and tastefully decorated interior, chef's kitchen, granite countertops, and clean, well-lighted area to entertain indoors and outdoors. The 150 ft concrete dock will accommodate two to three boats, a direct oceanfront, a screened-in porch, and serene views of the shimmering Atlantic waters. Relaxing and having fun under the tiki hut while embracing the tranquil garden is easy. Four bedrooms,4 baths, plus 2 half baths. Pool and Hot tub. Pool heat is available.  
  
Lush tropical landscaping with the perfect outdoor space for entertaining.  
  
The main living area downstairs offers a TV room, half bath, and a large bedroom with 6 twin beds (3 bunks) and its own large bathroom. On the main living level, this home has one Master suite and two additional bedrooms with on-suite baths. All bedrooms have on suite baths.  
  
Imagine spending crisp evenings here with a fire and some hot chocolate. It's always nice to have an area in the backyard to spend some time with the family. A great walking island community bursting with picturesque ocean views and seafood-filled fine dining.  
  
Your Coastal Sheek Duck Key Getaway! Beautifully appointed home with an Open Floor plan. Ocean Views from practically every room. The house has a huge yard for privacy, and a swimming pool, and Tiki Hut,  
  
This is luxury lodging, accommodations, and leisure activities the whole family will enjoy. Duck Key is a small island between Miami and Key West, just an hour's drive from Key West attractions and nightlife, and only minutes from the village of Marathon, where you'll find seaside dining, the Seven-Mile Bridge, Pigeon Key, the Marathon Turtle Hospital, shopping opportunities, and more. Marathon Airport is approximately 15 minutes away from Duck Key Island.  
  
The resort on the island has two public restaurants, two bars, dolphin encounters, parasailing, a sunset Cruise boat, and jet ski rentals. A true resort. Plenty of room for parking boat trailers and cars.
