Cozy Home!!!!

  • Newly renovated half duplex on a quiet street in Marathon. Conveniently located in the heart of Marathon, on a canal just feet from the open ocean. This home is located in the residential neighborhood of Sombrero Beach, less than 1 mile from the beach. Sombrero beach is considered one of the best beaches in the Florida Keys. Also close to Publix, Kmart and many fine FL Keys restaurants.

    This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom (master) has a queen size bed and the other has two queen size bed, sleeps 6. Both have memory foam mattress and both bedroom have Cable TV.

    The updated fully equipped kitchen has Quartz Counter Tops, brand new Stainless Steel Appliances. Living room has beautiful ocean views. Outside you can continue to enjoy ocean views from the lounge chairs by the pool and on the deck you have a seating area to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset of the Florida Keys.
