This hotel is gorgeous!! It was a great location for us since we were in town for a concert at Grand Casino Arena and it was walking distance. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very charming. The bar and bartender were excellent! The breakfast had a great selection and the food much better than the average continental breakfast. Plus, it’s served in a beautiful old chapel with stained glass windows. Parking is not included but there is a parking garage right behind the building. I would...

Avid is our go-to hotel when we stay in MN on our travels & concerts. We’ve always had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff have always been welcoming & accommodating. We often check in quite late & the one night shift guy has always been a joy. The rooms are always clean, the beds & pillows cozy & the variety at breakfast is a nice bonus. The area it is located in is nice & quiet & close to plenty of accommodations.

Overall a pleasant room although carpet could have used a more thorough vacuuming. Bathroom was not up to our standard as hair from previous guests was found in several spots. Beds were very comfortable and fridge very handy! Pool was an added bonus!
