"The entire staff from check in to cleaning was extremely friendly to all. There was an sidewalk area that was raised and I tripped on it and almost fell. It was reported and the staff said that it would be reported to the ownership to have it taken care of immediately."

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Being right at the mall was great for shopping and the easy access to transportation made travels across the lower mainland really easy. The included breakfast was perfect to start our days and the staff were responsive and friendly. We didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but could see it was heated so next time. We will definitely go back. The Skytrain noise did not bother us but I was familiar with what to expect. They do provide ear plugs for those with greater desert it’s than I."
