Mansion Hill Vacation Packages

This was our first time staying at your hotel. We were SOOOOOO PLEASED with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms that we booked. Thank you so much for your service. Looking forward again to staying at one of your properties.

Parking spots are very tight in the uncovered lot making it hard to get in and out of your car (and I am pretty small). The lobby area is not spacious and also houses the only elevators. During check in, which took awhile as seemed they were trying to find us a room as if they did not know we were coming, the area was very crowded with those in line to check in and those with luggage waiting for the elevator. The elevators stopped working our first day there, so we had to carry all our items up to the 4th floor. While trying to carry multiple bags up the spiral staircase, a staff member on her phone pushed past me bumping into my items instead of allowing me pass her. Our first night there a staff member woke us up around midnight talking loudly on their phone about trying to access a room. We were on the street side of the hotel so it was a bit noisy from traffic. If you prefer quiet, you might want to request the river side of the hotel. The buffet area was also very crowded making it difficult to get around tables and also to the buffet, especially the waffle area which was in the corner. We could not find any ice machines or water during our stay besides the water only available during the breakfast buffet. The fridge did not have a freezer which was an issue for me as I had ice packs which needed to be frozen for my medications. The location was close to our destination, The Taft Theater, in Cincinnati. I however, would not stay here again.
