Very good 5-star hotel

Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff

Plenty of pools, staff were amazing and really helpful.

Stayed here for 7days, very clean property, staff were great and walking distance to all the main attractions. Would Definitely recommend!
