One week was fantastic. We love this hotel. Last year my son family with kids was staying in this hotel for 5 days as well. Big room with balcony equipped with all stuff to make breakfast or midnight tea (lot of grocery stores in this locations). Also terrace on the roof with fantastic view. Very clean outside area with swimming pool and bar. Friendly staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inea Sole Hotel in Crete, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel has been fully renovated, and everything feels brand new and wonderfully pleasant. The modern and stylish decor, combined with the comfort of the rooms, made for an incredibly enjoyable stay. However, what truly sets Inea Sole Hotel apart is the outstanding staff. During our stay, we had the privilege of meeting wonderful people like Thania she is the most delightful person. Her warm and welcoming personality, combined with her exceptional service, made our stay unforgettable. From the pristine condition of the facilities to the remarkable hospitality, Inea Sole Hotel has truly left a lasting impression on us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Property definitely not 5 star ! Many things not as expected after previous 5 star experiences! Pool was very small , made to seem mich bigger on advertising, surrounded by balconese beds which was intimidating! rooms alrhough clean were under equipped- no drawers ? Open wardrobe , no mirror above vanity table, although vanity stool was there ? Pool towel exchange in a basket in front of reception - very unsuitable and untidy! Bathroom areas around reception not checked and cleaned during the day - was needed. Entertainment was very poor - disappointed no Greek music, dancing. Good points- breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, cleaners worked hard , staff were generally very pleasant, although on checking out nobody thanked us for staying and basically ignored us , just chatting amongst themselves - topped off quite an underwhelming stay.
