The place is amazing. It’s quite a nice place to stay away from it all yet all you need is there or nearby. But what makes it all better is the staff, how clean and well maintained is the place. Keep in mind it’s an ecological place next to a mountain with pools fed by a river from inside the mountains full of what believe all natural’s mineral. Great food and drinks. My wife and I loved the place I would be back soon.

Very Disappointing Experience Definitely Not a Resort Our stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The breakfast was horrible. The bottled drinks were already opened/unsealed and appeared to have been refilled. The food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable. The property is advertised as a resort, but our experience was very different. It felt more like individual apartments owned by different people and rented out to guests, rather than a properly managed resort. We stayed in apartment 221, and the condition was honestly shocking. There was an incredible amount of dirt and grime, unlike anything I have encountered in a hotel or resort. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity and an old, musty odor that made the stay very uncomfortable. We also had no water on two separate occasions during our very short stay. To make matters worse, the blanket provided for sleeping was covered in dust.

Las habitaciones están en muy mal estado es una, las tuallas están horrible están viejas y curtidas parecen que no se lavan parecen estar sucias todas las tuallas hasta las de las playa unas tuallas con manchas eso es horrible , las almohadas con un mal olor a sudor y mal olientes las sábanas de las camas pequeñas que no le caben bien a las camas o Dios que mal estado está ese hotel o resort BAHÍA PRINCEPE “ EL PORTILLO “ en las terrenas es deshonesto pagar tanto dinero por tan mala calidad especialmente en los cuartos y en tuallas de las habitaciones y playa esas habitaciones tan destruidas esos baños también las bañeras cultidas y el aguas de los baños salobre es un desastre . Me da mucha pena que los que están manejando ese ressort o hotel no estén haciendo su trabajo PORQUE YO ESTOY SEGURA QUE LOS DUEÑOS QUE SON ESPAÑOLES NO TIENEN CONOCIMIENTO DE TODOS ESTOS QUE LE ESTÁ HACIENDO MUCHO DAÑO A SU HOTEL Y A LO LARGO DEL TIEMPO ESO LE PASARÁ UNA PERDIDA MUY GRANDE Y IMPORTANTE.

The only negative thing I have to say is when we first checked in the room was hot and the fan was very loud and wobbled. We did end up getting a different room because the AC was not working. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! The food was great! The pools were fabulous! We had a blast!!!! Beautiful property!!!
