Dishes must be washed immediately after use in order to maintain cleanliness of the unit Property Management Office Rules : 3.1\. The Tenants agrees to follow the complete association rules and other rules set by the Property Management Office or Developer of the Condominium. 3.2 Smoking is not permitted inside the Property and at the balcony of the Property. There is smoking fine of P 1,000 pesos cash payable at check-out, if cigarettes butts are found inside the Property or at the balcony or if cigarette smoke smelled in the Property. 3.5 Loud music or sounds and other disturbing noises are strictly prohibited in the Property and in the common areas of the condominum. 3.6 Only the Tenants and Occupants who are listed in the Lessee's Information Sheet are allowed to stay in the condominium after 11 pm. 3.9 Wear proper and decent swimming attire when using the swimming pool. Wipe yourself dry with a towel before leaving the swimming pool. Do not walk around with water dripping. The place is beautiful, clean, safe, and affordable. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The pool is a plus, my sister and her husband and children enjoyed the pool.
