"We stayed at Impiana Villas in Ubud for our honeymoon and, although we initially had a few issues with our room, the way the team handled them made a big difference. A special thank you to Hery, the manager, who was very focused on our satisfaction and wanted to resolve the issues straight away. He listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and kindly upgraded us to Impiana Villas. The honeymoon cake and beautiful towel decorations were also such thoughtful touches and really helped make our stay more special. I’d also like to thank Erik, who helped us when our taxi driver went to the wrong hotel. He took the phone and communicated with the driver himself, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, Hery’s efforts and the team’s genuine focus on resolving issues turned our experience around. We really appreciated their care and hospitality, especially during such an important trip for us."

"An incredible resort, would highly recommend to anyone! The resort itself is beautiful, a great blend of traditional Balinese design with modern amenities. We stayed for our honeymoon in a Uma Pool Villa, which I can only describe as the best room we have ever stayed in, very spacious living area and outdoor decking, indoor and outdoor showers. Would recommend adding a floating breakfast. What blew us away the most was the service, very personal and attentive without being intrusive - every member of staff we interacted with was amazing! An example of the attention to detail was the daily traditional Balinese peace offering (canang Sari) left outside every room each morning. A very special and memorable stay - Ideal for someone wanting a five star modern hotel which still feels local."

"Located on the steep hills on the outskirts of Ubud, we chose this hotel based solely on its location and the photos we found online. As with any booking made from pictures alone, your imagination inevitably starts to paint a picture of what the hotel and its surroundings might actually be like. The road leading to the hotel is narrow—at times it feels as though there's barely enough room for the taxi to pass. Winding through rice fields and dense jungle, the journey itself builds a sense of anticipation. Eventually, you arrive at the hotel entrance, where a gently sloping driveway leads down to the reception area, offering your first glimpse of what awaits. We arrived late in the evening, making it difficult to fully appreciate the setting at first. Even so, it immediately felt like a hidden jungle retreat, and the atmosphere was simply breathtaking. The pool area, located a short walk down from the reception, is undoubtedly the jewel in the hotel's crown. Perched above a deep ravine and surrounded by lush tropical jungle, it offers spectacular views and an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquillity. The rooms are spread throughout the property, connected by pathways that wind through the lush gardens. Although the resort has more than 70 rooms and villas, it never feels crowded. Instead, the layout creates a sense of privacy and seclusion. Our room wasn't particularly large, but it certainly wasn't small either. For two people, it was just the right size, with everyt"
