This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Manchester vacation rental has everything you need for an amazing stay. The house sits on a bluff and has access to the Private Gated Irish Beach just minutes away. Whether you are adventuring, hiking, exploring, surfing, wine tasting, or just relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck taking in the view of Point Arena Lighthouse, you are sure to love your stay at the Irish Beach House. The Space: Irish Beach House has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted open beam ceilings and huge windows with amazing views. We have recently completed a full renovation of the ocean view side of the house. (The two bathrooms and decks are scheduled for renovation next year.) All furnishings in the home are brand new including memory foam mattresses on all of the beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether you enjoy coffee, tea, wine or all of the above...Irish Beach House has something for you. A Cuisinart dual coffee maker and Keurig is provided with coffee and supplies. An instant kettle and tea are also provided. Enjoy a complementary bottle of wine to enjoy while sitting on the deck taking in the amazing views. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom as well as a modern electric fireplace. It is furnished with a king bed and luxurious linens. The master also has an ensuite bathroom. Please note that the jacuzzi tub jets are not functioning, but you can still enjoy a fabulous soak with an ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk. The third bedroom boasts a king bed. All beds in the house have brand new quality memory foam mattresses and high end linens. Our driveway is very steep. The garage is available for parking. There is a flat gravel spot at the top of the driveway that has room for one car if you are uncomfortable parking in the steep driveway. We have a Level 2 universal EV charger for guest use in the garage. Accessibility: There are many sets of stairs throughout the house as well as on the exterior. Our home is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Families with Children: We would love to welcome your family to enjoy the beautiful space, but please note that the home sits on a bluff and does not have a fenced yard or outdoor area on the property (aside from a deck and patio) that is situated for for playing. Guest Access: You will have full access to the house, decks and patio. We are on a steep bluff that has protected species of plants, so we ask that you stay on the decks and patio. There is no access to the ocean from our property. Please do not walk on the bluff areas. The private Irish Beach is a 3 min drive (or 20 min walk) from the house. There is a gate pass available for guests to access the private beach. Families with Pets: We are a pet friendly home and and would love to welcome yours. There is a flat pet fee and we ask that you follow these pet rules: • 2 Dog Maximum (no cats). • Do not leave pets unattended in home without owner present. • There are furniture covers provided in the Livingroom for pets that insist on joining their owners on the furniture. Please use them to protect our couches or chairs. Please do not allow pets on beds. • Please pick up your pet waste • There is a community ordinance that pets must be on a leash. Please observe the leash regulations when in open areas. Do not let your pets out on the bluff side without a leash. There is a gated courtyard that your pets can use. • Must be House Trained - No puppies or indoor pee mats. There are 3 security cameras on the exterior of the property that are capable of video & audio recordings. One camera faces the driveway, one ring doorbell camera at the front door, and one camera facing the bluffs/ocean side. These devices are for guest and home security. The views are incredible, and we loved being able to hear the ocean all day and night with the windows open. The house is very nice and clean. We greatly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is with appliances, plates, and containers that allowed us to cook and even pack some picnic items. A short drive away, the private beach access is nice, and the beach is very scenic. We found it to be a good location for a day trip to the Montgomery Woods State Natural Reserve and Mendocino. It was also a lovely place to relax, read, and look at the ocean. ##### Camden S. The beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked, with lovely eye to detail. The host (Emily) was gracious and very responsive. The driveway is very steep but navigable. The guest bathroom may need to be updated to be consistent with the rest of the beautiful house. The Irish beach is private, quiet and frankly heals the soul. The thoughtful touches to make pets welcome was very heartening. Thank you, Emily. We had a wonderful vacation where all three generations in our family came together for a few memorable days. ##### Lali D. We stayed here with our family of 7 and this was quite easily the most favorite place we have ever vacationed. There are breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. The hosts were very informative and have really made this place special. There was a binder with excellent local information and all of the drawers and cabinets were labeled which was a great help. We didn't want to leave and this is at the top of our list for places to visit again. ##### Jeff R. The house is almost perfect. Clean, beautiful, but not sterile. There are ocean views in nearly every room. Amenities are incredible. I've never stayed in a VRBO that was stocked like this one. It literally had everything, including all the pet supplies you need. They thought of everything to accommodate their guests. As soon as you enter the home you're immersed in ocean views, so beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the electric fireplace in the master suite was so nice. Perfect combo of well appointment modern luxury blended with the natural views, animals and birds right on the ocean. Edge of the world feeling! Super well appointed. Emily really has thought of everything in her home. Delighted to find the zester in the kitchen while preparing a risotto. BBQ’d as well and all tools needed handy and easy to find. So many little thoughtful touches in the amenities. Game closet, extra spices and stocked coffee/tea bar. Felt stresses just melt away from the moment we walked in the door. Those views! Snuggled in the soft throws looking out at the sea birds - saw circling hawks, songbirds and a deer walked through one morning. The small notes on several items very helpful! Especially the unique front door - What might have been a little tricky to figure out was made simple by the clear directions on the small note. I’m usually a little disappointed by beds when we vacation but this was an exception. Very very comfortable - we both got plenty of rest and enjoyed coffee in bed looking out at the ocean. The private beach a short minutes drive was perfect. North coast blustery beautiful (December). Can imagine it would be a perfect sandcastle building escape with the family in warmer season. Access to beach from parking lot just steps away. Walked down to some tide pools and enjoyed watching the seabirds from driftwood seat on the dunes. Emily’s Irish Beach house is Definitely a place we will bookmark for future getaways. ##### Rosa G. I can’t say enough positive things about this property. Emily was outstanding to work with. Before booking I had asked her if it was a property good for someone with mobility issues. She said there was stairs and a steep driveway. Because of the pictures my mother wanted to stay here. While the property has stairs they were manageable. It was absolutely worth it - view, property, amenities, and most of all the host. This property had everything you would want at your home. Everything was first class!!! Appliances, kitchen items, bathroom towels and most importantly the beds (mattresses, sheets, and the pillows). If there was a question, I had my answer immediately. I can not wait to come back and stay again. Thank you Emily for making this a wonderful time. This will probably be my mothers last trip, and you made it special for us all! ##### Jane B.
