Lots of birds, so for bird watchers or photographers, this is a great spot. We enjoyed fishing. I even caught a 10 lb catfish off the dock. However, I believe renters have abused this beautiful home. Kitchen could use a deep cleaning & some of the teflon pans need replacing. We found mouse droppings in a drawer. The carpets were pretty dirty. We did not feel comfortable walking barefoot on them. The dock has some rotting boards. But over all a great place with views! We were hoping to enjoy the outdoor deck and house dock during our stay, but the overwhelming presence of large gnats kept us indoors. (Which was a bummer because the weather was perfect.). There was an outdoor umbrella tucked away behind the hot tub, but when we tried to set it up, it wasn't stable and we could only use it if we physically held onto it.
