This spacious home is ideal for a family or group of corporate travellers looking for a home away from home. Old Trafford is 15-minutes by car. The Trafford Centre (shopping mall) is 20 minutes by car. Firswood Train Station is a 15-minute walk. Bus Stop Sylvan Avenue is a 5-minute walk - you can get to the city centre by bus in 30 minutes from here. Manchester Airport is 20 minutes by car. The space 10 minutes walking distance from Alexandra park. 10 minutes walking distance from the Hillary step restaurant. 12 minutes walking distance from St. Margaret's Sports Fields. 6 minutes walking distance from The Clean Machine. (Laundro Mat) Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property. Please note this is a three-level townhouse with three steep staircases. The stairs are not fitted with childproof gates. Additionally, the upper-floor windows open widely and are not child-secure.
