This hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We were greeted by the owner and had drinks from the bar on the first night, which was nice because we didn’t receive our free bottle of wine as advertised for “VIP Access”. The issue I have is they charged us $100 for incidentals. I was told it was only a temporary hold since I had already paid in full, but it would be returned after we checked out. After my husband and I checked out, the hold was not released. We were charged $100. I’ve tried contacting the hotel several times about this, and I have yet to receive a response.
