"If you need wifi dont go to this place, although the room was clean & staff was near by i had absolutely no connections, i couldnt even schedule my uber in the hotel i had to go outside to do anything on my phone. Tv was in & out also"

"Everything good. The only thing was that the AC in my room (408) wasn’t cold enough even in the coldest setting, it needs to be checked out. Customer service was great. "

"The hotel is a large, beautiful hotel vs a quicky, in/out type of place. Great staff service and delicious breakfast and happy Hour. I came on business, was waylaid longer than expected… great location."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The young lady at check-in was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process fast and easy after a long day of traveling. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is that every time I receive a review request, it references a welcoming gift, but I have never actually received one during any of my stays. It’s a small detail, but something worth noting for consistency with guest expectations. The only other thing was there was a homeless young man who was getting the free coffee, and the staff literally threw him out the door. It broke my heart."

"1. Two days our room wasn't cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk to ask them to clean our room. It looks like all they do is make the bed, empty the trash and replace the towels. No cleaning. The tub needed scrubbing. 2. We're new to E-tips. There should be some instructions. We didn't know sho our housekeeper was. You go down the list and there are multiple names. We didn't know you to tip. I asked at the desk and they said it looks like they lost out."

"Fresh fruit, yoplait yogurt and coffee were my breakfast of choice. Did not order hot breakfast. Appreciated full size hair and body products not typically provided in other hotels (shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash &l lotion). Crabtree & Evelyn brand. One bedroom suite, higher floor with view of the ocean with chairs on balcony was truly appreciated. Remember at check in to ask for green card that states discount on food and beverages. Without the card the 15% discount will not be applied. Hotel location is great with beach access across parking area. Restaurants in walking distance. Nice to have bike on property that’s included on resort fee along with access to other amenities. Staff exceptional that I encounters (Gabe for great check in, Lorena for making everything right with billing and checking me out). Thank you! Both. Housekeeping when needed was appreciated. Thank you ladies."

"Jason was the best valet ever. All of them were so quick and efficient, but he went above and beyond every time. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was great. View was nice. The beach was amazing and I loved that they had umbrellas, chairs and tables out for use. They check on you enough to make sure you're good and don't need any food or drinks, but they don't bug or interrupt. The only complaint we have is how early the pool, hot tub, and market close. They did have an after hour microwave at least."
