"I went with my family and the house, rooms, gardens and service were great. Our stay was very pleasant and we were able to visit different beaches and waterfall around. Is close to the main services and grocery stores, 30 seconds walk to the beach, friendly hosts and front desk personnel and good communication, included wii-fi and calm and relaxing surroundings."

"There was nothing not to like about this property!!! Well... except the steps maybe to get to our bungalo! 121 straight up the mountain! But it was so worth it!!! We were there and only saw one other couple on property the entire time! The staff was incredible! Helpful, polite, available... perfection!!!!! Cannot wait to go back!"

"This place has the million dollar view! It's very clean and well kept. You don't need a 4x4 to get up there. You can get up to the property in a regular SUV that has decent clearance because the road is bumpy, steep and narrow. It's close to everything you'll need during your stay. "

"I did not think the property was well kept- there were a lot of rotten mangos and that created a lot of mosquitoes"

"The grounds were beautiful. Great community area (use of the kitchen too!) and pool. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. Right across from the ocean. If you go during the hottest months, be aware that the cabins have 3 mesh walls. We did not find this as a problem since there were 2 fans and quite comfortable in the evenings. Really, who spends too much time in their room on vacation anyway. That aside, the cabins are quite comfortable and have nice decks with hammocks."

"We enjoyed Havana Lodge very much. The staff are very helpful and kind. The Desayuno (breakfast) is fabulous and large every day. Pets are very welcome. The gorgeous, tranquil, beach is less than 5 minutes away. There are many lovely places to eat nearby. We didn't use them. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked and really nice kitchen. And the gas BBQ. The grounds are so tranquil and peaceful. We look forward to returning soon."
