"This is a beautiful villa townhouse. Very homey with all the amenities you need. The closest beach is about a 1-2 min walk across the street and it is beautiful, gorgeous white sand and lots of fish and pelicans to watch. The property manager is very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend renting a car or van. We didn't, and taxis were not the cheapest mode of transportation. It’s a short walk to Arashi beach where there is a nice beach bar with decent food for lunch. Nearby restaurant...

You will not regret the pool the Jacuzzi the lighting,the Alexa to operate the pool lightning and the ceiling built in speaker inside plus by the pool.The rooms we up-to-date very clean and each had a bathroom for convenience!updates appliances! Plus pool guy came during our stay so I know it's well maintained! We had a beautiful stay!!! The Villa is near EVERYTHING!! 4-8 MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING!!"

"So happy we decided to rent this house!! It was very thing we expected and more. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, beds were so comfortable and more than enough space for 7 adults. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler were great for our beach days at Arashi beach and Eagle beach. Jen was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this property!"

"We loved the house. The pool was in the sun, clean and refreshing. Several days we just hung out in the pool all day. Later in the afternoon around 3 we went to a local beach. Turquoise water ,few waves and a tiki bar ."

"The house was just lovely. Spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms with good water pressure. Large living area and a very well stocked kitchen. There was a large covered seating area with a BBQ and a great breeze so it was a fantastic area to sit and eat out. The pool area was in the sun all day and there were loungers around it. There were two other seating areas as well. We just had the most relaxing stay and it was very convenient for the beach. I’d say that you’d have to rent a car."

"We will definitely return; The house was stocked with towels and beach chairs; wifi always worked. The layout of the house was great for us as we were two couples and used opposite sides of the house. The house was very spacious. We had a couple of meals there and hired a private chef one night who brought everything including dishes. In the a.m. we would walk to the beach and back 20 min each way."

"The house is spacious with a large pool area. Plenty of room for our family of eight. The location is great.The house is located right between the high rise hotel area and the California lighthouse. The house sits directly across the street from a very popular beach area for snorkeling."
