The villa is designed to give you the best, wide-open views from the pool deck, porch, living room, and master bedrooms over the saliña and in the distance the Ritz Carlton and Marriott Hotel. A large pool deck surrounded by tropical plants guarantees you complete privacy in combination with a stunning view. That’s why we hear over and over again from our guests: “this is better than the Ritz..” Aruba Ocean View Villa offers a large living room, dining area, and open kitchen with an island. From the living room, there is access to the three spacious bedrooms with built-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace and outside dining area where it is comfortable all day long with the tropical breeze. Around the private pool are sufficient pool chairs. Famous beaches like Arashi, Boca Catalina, and Palm Beach are only 5 minutes away by car. Restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, and nightlife can be found in the hotel area at Palm Beach. The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs along with a cooler are provided for your use as well. The pool was a standout—perfectly refreshing and a great spot to relax with a beautiful, peaceful view.The outdoor space backs up to a natural salt flat, which makes for a unique and tranquil setting. It also means you’ll want to pack some bug spray, especially around dusk. It didn’t take away from our enjoyment, but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to bites.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back. It was the perfect spot for us. Easy to drive around to different areas. Only FYI if you are staying with kids is that the pool is deep. There was no shallow end. It wasn’t a huge deal but I wasn’t tall enough to touch without being on my toes so my husband had to be in the water with our youngest without her lifejacket on. Close enough to the resort areas to get there quickly, but perhaps more important, is that it is far enough away such that you and your party escapes the chaos and noise of the tourist area. The pool and veranda area offer a stunning view, serenity, and protection from the direct sunlight when needed.i think the property was well thought out for this purpose. The thing I really loved about the trip was our hosts ability to recommend the right things for our group. They recommend a local rental car service that picked us up at the airport and drove us directly to the Villa, where our cars were waiting. I can’t say enough about how stress free and easy this made things.for our group. We slipped right into vacation mode. It was peaceful and private. The restaurants were awesome! Our favorites were: Anna Maria, Madame Jeanette and Screaming Eagle. Villa and facilities were excellent and fabulous views, especially sunset.
