"The breakfast was okay but food was burnt and dry and needs more waffle makers because of long lines. Of course we were there during play offs and so was crowded and busy. Coffee good and am sure the one person trying to keep up was overwhelmed. Clean rooms staff great."

"The front desk lady was not a friendly person. She said I have to have 100. Deposited on top oh what I already paid. She gave me my key to the room didn't tell me where the elevator was or how to get to our room. Later on I when down and ask for extra blankets and they didn't have any Please explain to me how a hotel doesn't have extra blankets. Thank you Brenda"

"This hotel is awful, the ice machine rooms have mold on the walls and ceilings (I saw this on the 2nd and 3rd floor) as well as the wallpaper is peeling. The bathrooms in the rooms are gross, didn’t look clean, the shower curtain had holes in it, and also has mildew on the ceilings. Our first night we had to switch to a new room because of a horrible sewage smell, in our second room the TV had no sound even when the volume was turned all the way up. One staff member told us they would have maintenance fix it, then when we followed up another staff member told us they don’t have maintenance staff and “apologized” the the other staff member wasn’t knowledgeable to that fact. I filed a complaint with hotels.com who attempted to reach the hotel staff but they didn’t answer the call or call back when I asked them to and provided my claim number. The staff was very kind and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, the food was borderline inedible and the server spilled coffee all over the table and on me when she was refilling my cup and didn’t even acknowledge it. Horrible experience."

"This was obviously a very nice, or let’s say above average property when built. However, for a variety of reasons, this hotel is beginning to deteriorate in numerous ways. For my money if I were in this town again I would look for a better option. In Expedia we were told the breakfast was highly rated, we disagree. It’s an average to slightly below average offering. The room refrigerator did not work. Some of the electrical outlets worked intermittently or not at all. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The furnishings in the lobby were shabby. The property needs a refresh or a new owner or both. No evidence of any active management committed to excellence."
