"Room was basic with 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, and ceiling fan; nothings else. Since weather is around 87 °F (30°C), nights are terribly hot because ceiling fan was not enough, even worse for the bottom bunk bed where the wind won't reach. Try to open doors or windows at your own risk and mosquitos will eat you alive or perhaps other criters will visit you since there are no mosquito nets around doors/windows. If windows and doors are kept closed, fan will only blow warm air making sleep almost...

"Beautiful home, beautiful location, great view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. Very responsive property manager, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to make it up the hills to the house. Well kept. Modern inside. Dishes and cooking things all stocked. My only comment would be that this house is not a 5 min walk from the beach like it says. Its about a 5 to 7 minute drive down the hills and a little road driving. No complaints otherwise."

"This is a cute, clean home located just outside the busier street in Paquera. It is a basic home in a small town, so don't go expecting anything fancy. We stayed the night here after taking the Bioluminescent Kayak tour through Bahia Rica--only about 15 minutes away from this house.
