"Parking was easy ! "

"Kai tower was amazing. Laundry machines on every floor. Cold filtered water at multiple locations. Fast elevators. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff very helpful. "

"Stayed here due to its proximity to the airport, but would not stay here again. Upon arrival, we were notified that the room we booked (a king room) was not available, so we were placed in a 2 double bed room which was disappointing. On our walk to the room, as soon as we entered the older building, it smelled wet and moldy. When we got settled into the room, it was small and very dated. We also got placed in the handicap room, so we had zero counter space and a handheld shower. The shower floor also looked dirty, so we did not even end up taking a shower. The updated rooms looked nice, but I would never stay in the older rooms again. Would not stay here again unless I absolutely had to."

"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."

"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. Chairs were plentiful and service was top notch. Easy to order lunch and drinks without having to go anywhere. Pool was really awesome for kids to play at and the water slides were great. Always kept clean and accessible. Towels and complimentary sunscreen were amazing. Our kids also enjoyed the lobby area and games room. We had a family member babysit kids in this area while we went for dinner and it was easy to keep them all entertained. The resort shops had nice beach wear and the store has whatever you might want. We didn't rent a car and felt that we had a great time staying at the resort all week. Small groceries and hot/cold deli is available across the street at Island Grocer. I would have liked a fridge that was a little bigger. The shops at the mall across had nice summer clothing and I bought some new pieces there. We ate at the buffet a few times and the food was delicious and the value was good if travelling with kids 5 and under. There was low cost DIY laundry at the bottom of tower- which we appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday!!"

"The Andaz resort was absolutely beautiful. The views from the lobby and ocean viewcrooms was breathtaking! The staff was exceptionally attentive to our needs. We woyld highly recommend the Andaz resort. The rooms were clean & very spacious. Loved the shower."
