"No elevator so being a senior citizen, it was quite a struggle climbing the 4th flr room as assigned, Staffs are courteous and pleasant but the room for the price is acceptable although you may hear noise from the nearby busy highway and some sewer odor if AC cold setting is not yet reached. Location is not readily found by taxi operator, due to non visual lighted sign of the hotel at night."

"The property is nice and modern looking. Check-in was smooth. The room was tiny, twin bed with a shared bathroom as I expected. Television did not work and wifi was weak. Hot breakfast added to the value of the room. All the coffee and egg drop soup you want. I love hot soup in the morning. Free water dispenser on every floor. Great Hotel
"Great property! The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick cab ride to BGC. The staff was amazing and the Japanese and Thai restaurants were the best I had in Manila. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Plenty of choices and all delicious. Rooms are all over sized and very comfortable but a little dated. I would say its the best value and best service of any hotel in Metro Manila"
