The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Flam & Spa in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm Moroccan hospitality and felt right at home.
The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole place was well maintained. After spending the day exploring the busy streets and souks of Marrakech, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet and relaxing place.
The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to each day.
We really enjoyed our time at Riad Flam & Spa and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund
