OMG. The air-conditioner was LOUD. It made horrible clicking noises and was not cooling the room well. It was loud and still way warmer than what it said. It kept waking me up. I finally had to dig out my ear plugs to try to get any sleep that night. Awful

Overall, the hotel features great rooms and a lovely pool, good breakfasts. but our stay had notable service drawbacks. We called ahead around 4:00 PM to inform the hotel of our late arrival due to traffic, which the manager confirmed. However, arriving around 4:00 AM, the front desk receptionist had to unlock the doors, was unhelpful, and claimed there was no note in the system. While he eventually checked us in, he gave us a stern lecture despite our repeated explanations.
Additionally, the hotel lacks designated bicycle parking, forcing us to carry our bikes on our car rack for all nine nights through heavy rain. Adding a basic bike rack takes up very little space and costs next to nothing, yet it would make a massive difference for guests traveling with bicycles.
