Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis "

"Ive been here for a month now. The only complaints are my card never working on the drink and machine and the key cards having to be recoded twice a week. All in all those are pretty minor things. Front desk open till midnight is a big plus too. I would give it 4.5. The pricce pushes it to 5 if i had to pick. No rral complaints. Ive stayed in 1000% worse"
