"Great location for the centre of Canterbury and access to the cathedral, shops and green spaces. Air-conditioning in room a bit noisy, but otherwise room met our needs. Ideally a coffee machine in the room would be better and a mini-bar. What we didn't like was the fact that we had booked a continental breakfast, but you could only order one item from a menu, and coffee/juice and the buffet offered was only cereal and fruit. Not sure how this is continental as would have expected pastries/croissants, yoghurt, meats/cheeses etc."

"Have stayed here many times and it’s always very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my room this time, reported to staff who were quick to rectify. This hotel is directly opposite the beach and has plenty of parking. Great facilities, worth noting that the pool is used by public too so may be busy at times."

"We had an excellent experience. The staff provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary feel truly special by beautifully decorating the room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the steam room was not working during our visit, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to using it. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the care and effort of the staff."

"Great service, especially the young man who ran the bar, waited and seemed to do everything expertly. Delicious food, catering for dairy intolerance was appreciated. Lovely relaxed scenic grounds and flowers. Mews room on ground floor was nice. No fridge or AC in room but no issue. Would definitely return!"
