"The room was clean and the hotel is in a good area. I booked a second night through Travelocity. The room was booked for the 14th instead of the 7th. Travelocity was willing to fix if the hotel would agree to the change. The hotel had plenty of rooms available. The front desk clerk AA chubby with short hair was not willing to assist at all. She was very difficult to work with. "

"I’m not sure how this hotel has comments about its cleanliness because it’s easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in recent years. Besides being dirty, it’s in disrepair and the floors have soft spots where it feels like you are going to fall through. We will not be back."

"Cleaner than some some hotels i stayed at, especially the bathrooms, but the curtains and couches could use a good go over. The pool is tiny and there is no longer a hot tub, the gym is basically just a treadmill and tiny. Staff was helpful at first, the lady who helped us check in was great! The night time guy was difficult when we needed to get sheets for the pull out bed, strange they didn't have them in the room already as well. Coffee was not good. The hotel was easy to sleep in if that is all you need"
