"Our stay at Villa Palmeira was truly unforgettable—and honestly, it set the tone for one of the best group trips we’ve ever had.The layout is perfect—plenty of space to gather for drinks, meals, and laughs. Each bedroom felt like its own retreat.The views are absolutely unreal. We found ourselves stopping mid-conversation just to take them in. Some of our favorite memories weren’t even “planned” activities—they were mornings with coffee overlooking the water, afternoons by the pool with music playing, and long evenings outside we didn’t want to end.And speaking of music—the iPad already connected to the home’s sound system was such a thoughtful touch. It made it so easy to set the vibe from the moment we arrived.The outdoor showers deserve their own mention—they are an absolute oasis. It’s one of those little luxuries that ended up being a highlight of the stay.We also found ourselves wanting to eat in more than going out—the house is just that enjoyable. Cooking, relaxing, and taking in the views together became part of the experience.The location is fantastic—just minutes from Megan’s Bay, which made beach days incredibly easy. Definitely rent a car to make the most of everything nearby.Ali is an incredible host. From the detailed welcome packet filled with helpful tips and recommendations, to personally reaching out to alert us about airport lines and how to possibly avoid them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"

"It was fantastic! The house is great and is wonderful for 10 people. The listing seems like it’s walkable to things but you have to drive everywhere. But the view is worth it but if we would have know we would have just planned differently. Some of the appliances didn’t work 100% but it was all usable. The internet and cell service is spotty so that tends to be an issue when trying to get info but was a great place to disconnect. Would stay again!"

"All the comforts of home, in paradise. We (5) stayed here over spring break 2026 (two adults, one 12 year old, and two senior citizens), and were very happy with the experience. The property is very easy to find, yet secluded at the same time. Comparing this to the other homes we’ve rented, it is on the larger side. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the covered patio, being cooled by the nice breeze and enjoying the view. By far, this house has the best pool we’ve ever experienced. It was at least 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. The pool seems to be heated and has steps at the shallow end, about 3 feet. The pool gradually dips to about 6 feet at the deep end. There is also a submerged sitting ledge about a foot under water all along the house side of the pool. We went to a different beach each day, and in mid-afternoon were usually in the pool enjoying a post-beach splash. Also, this pool is great for star-gazers: free float or float on a raft, and stare up at the stars at night. One of the benefits of St. Thomas over St. John is the number of restaurants. We tried a few and enjoyed the food, but we also enjoyed cooking at home.Power outages in the islands are frequent. This property has solar panels and a battery system so we never experienced any outages longer than a few seconds. One day, the Internet went out in our area; otherwise, the Internet was solid the duration of our stay. The stove is gas, so the power outages did not affect cooking at all."

"This villa has everything you could possibly think of to want or need on your next vacation. The view is unbeatable. It reminded my family of being on a cruise ship, looking out over a balcony at the water and the other islands. Checking in is easy and the entire villa is super clean. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay!"
