« Exactly as advertised. Clean property, easy communication with owners from start to end of process. Everything was in the home that we needed: RE Kitchen supplies etc. Location was excellent and centrally located. close local restaurants and grocery story also a plus. We stayed to visit the northern rim of Black Canyon at Gunnison. Southern Rim was partially open secondary to wild fires but also within an hour. Charlie the lab was a great bonus! He greeted us and was well behaved and...

« The home was wonderful and quirky. The A/C in the living room did a pretty decent job of keeping things cool. Plenty of space to enjoy and the back room was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There are a few things that need attention. One of the kitchen cabinet doors needs to be fixed, and one of the hinges has come away from the cabinet. Also door stops for the two smaller rooms would be great to add so that the bathroom barn doors are not running in to them....
