This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience. The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint. And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room. We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia.
