"Fabulous hotel but not necessarily in a five star area.
The area needs to recover from the down turn following COVID.
It is improving but quite slowly as it is a seasonal resort "
"Great hotel at the great location, staff is very helpful and polite. Food is varied and tasty at the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like - paid Sun beds at the hotel designed area at the beach, too expensive, 15 euros per person or 60 for Bali bed. Anyway, the overall experience was very good. "
"The hotel location is great, it has a modern feel. The vibe was a bit too calm for magaluf maybe because of the time of year I went. Staff were friendly, security won’t allow you to have dates come back to your room, which kinda sucks since you pay a lot for your stay. The food is okay in the hotel, prefer to eat at restaurants"

"Stayed here for partners birthday in January. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are great. Very modern and fresh looking. Staff were great.
We came back to the hotel when the weather got a bit overcast and enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony with a pitcher of sangria. This was a great experience with the sun beating through the conservatory like construction when there was a break in the cloud.
Beds were spacious and fresh
Linens and towels were fresh and soft
Lovely location I can imagine the hotel would be beautiful in peak weather overlooking the harbour with a glass of sangria on the balcony.
Would strongly recommend a stay here. One of the nicest hotels you could wish to find"
"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect. I’ll be back time and time again."
