Sokna - 1 bedroom in Azca

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Sokna feels like a place for restoration and relaxation from its very entrance. This one-bed, one-bath home echoes warmth throughout all its 80 square meters. Reigning in the heart of Azca, guests will find Madrilenian streets fit for royalty and dazzling cocktail bars to accompany them. Back inside, a desert-inspired awe continues.

Sokna’s entrance feels ethereal. With ultra-elevated ceilings, light pours into the foyer. Head towards the left hallway to find the kitchen on the immediate right. Behind a glass sliding door, the kitchen offers modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils.

Across from the kitchen, the space opens up to reveal a stunning living and dining concept. Layered tapestries hang behind the entertainment space, viewable from the designer lounge area or the two-person dedicated workstation. Nearest the windows is a four-person dining set with Saharan-like style. A glass door to the side leads to Sokna’s balcony with a cozy outdoor love seat.

Between the living room and kitchen is Sokna’s ensuite. Once through the bedroom door’s the bathroom sits straight on, with an all-glass shower and travertine tiling throughout.

The bedroom itself offers a unique accent wall behind the queen-sized bed with a wooden honeycomb design. The right wall is lined with built-in storage.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
