This hostal was clean, quiet, centrally located and an all around great deal. There is a great DIA grocery store within a 5 minute walk of the property. The AC and WIFI worked great and the beds were comfortable. We walked to all of the tourist spots with ease.

Air conditioning was not efficient. Bathroom door is glazed glass which is not comfortable at all Stairs are not so safe to go up and down But a good value for money

El hostal está bien, las habitaciones son bastante nuevas y están en buenas condiciones. Nuestra habitación era super compacta, no hay frigobar ni comodidades más allá de las camas y el baño, un pequeño escritorio y un "armario" . Las escaleras son un desastre, están muy gastadas (no hay un escalón igual al otro), y no hay ascensor. La zona es super céntrica, lo que implica que a la noche puede ser un poco ruidosa por estar en zona de bares, restaurantes y pubs.

It was a horrible experience. No elevator and the stairs are horrible for climbing down and up. No blanket supplied and we had to walk to the reception at night to the other hotel to pick up just one for three beds booking. Staff don't understand English when we were trying to complain.

I arrived in the morning, got a message to register at Histal Lisboa when got to the hostal I was toll to walk to Hostal Prado no writing dirección just walk 3 blocks to you right, when I got there was not elevator the room was in the 3er Floor,not elevator have to go back to Hostal Lisboa and try to get a room in that hostal they toll me was the same owner, the room was ok , Byt they were not that friendly, The room didn’t have any refrigerator so I have to request to have my insulin in there refrigerator. They don’t say they lives at 10:30 , pm when I went to the from desk looking for the insulin they were gone I have to call and explay my situation, so they send an employee from another hostal to give me the insulin, they were not friendly at all, when I was leaving ask if they can call a taxi no you have to go to the corner, when we arrived We have to wal with the laugage 3 blocks, I won’t recommend this Hostal to nobody
