Hi everything was great but parking was a problem. The email sent to me said to email (no email given) to request parking. The reception was closed so there was nobody there to help. So that was the only issue, it is extremely hard to park and the local parking garages are quite a distance away, making it difficult to load and unload luggage. Thanks

Perfect stay in Madrid. Enough space for a family of 4. Walkable to major tourist spot. 7 min walk to Atocha Station where one can catch a train to the regional and direct airport trains. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outside space and enjoyed our morning coffee out there as well as hanging out as a family. The location was quiet and convenient to the train station. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to any of the plazas of interest (Plaza del Sol or Plaza Mayor). We felt safe walking home after spending time in these areas. The person at the front desk was very helpful during check-in. There were free lockers available to us until we could check in @ 4 PM. Which was very convenient. Highly recommend for a family of up to 4.
