« Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city. »

"Une pépite à 20 minutes de marche du Haram Al Nabawi. Il ont une navette AR pour chaque prière. Un petit hôtel moderne d'une quarantaine de chambres. Pour la nourriture, l'Iftar (rupture du jeûne) organisé dans une belle terasse, buffet à volonté, franchement bravo au chef tunisien qui a préparé avec soin des plats variés, équilibrés et surtout très bons ! Merci Chef. Continuez comme ça, vous allez épater vos clients. Vous avez des magasins tout au long du chemin de l'hôtel vers Al haram. La promenade pour aller à la mosquée de Quba à quelques minutes de l'hôtel. Le personnel très sympa ! Climatisation centralisée et réglable à votre guise. La chambre, les couloirs et l'accueil très propres, rien à dire. Sincèrement, j'ai passé un très bon moment et j'y retournerai sans la moindre hésitation. "
