This is, of course, a bush camp, ina private game reserve about 3 hours drive from Joburg. We were droppped off at the main gate by a driver arranged through the African Pride Hotel in Melrose Arch-all went well. We were met by Jonad, from the loghe, and for the next three days he and his staff looked after everything and did a spectacular job. Game drives with Jonas, meals prepared by Steven and served by Clifford were all just great. The remaining staff of housekeepers, etc. were largely unseen but their work was evident and efficient. Frankly, my familt coudn't figure out how so few people could provide such great service. Highly recommended.

Our family group of five (across three rooms) had an exceptional stay at Babohi at Qwabi. The safari experience exceeded every expectation, giving us close encounters with many animals. We enjoyed a sundowner with Rhinos walking around us, and woke up to Lions roaring in the early morning, moments we'll never forget. We also spotted Elephants, Hippos, and Giraffes throughout our stay.
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect retreat after a day out in the bush. The food was consistently delicious and of high quality, with every meal feeling like a special occasion.
What really made this trip stand out was the staff. Joe made our game drives informative and exciting, and the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping teams were all impeccable, warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. We'd happily return and recommend Babohi at Qwabi to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality safari experience.
