The convenient Extended Stay hotel !

My stay was pretty good. I stayed because of the convenience, it was close to the hospital I am working at 15mins away. The WiFi was horrible however my stay was ok otherwise. The hotel was clean & very convenient in that it has a kitchen. The staff were friendly & accommodating. I wanted to book another stay but they were sold out.

I got a great night sleep in the comfy bed. The young man at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I did think it was odd that there were no dishes, cups, silverware or pots and pans in the kitchen. The front desk doesn’t open until 9 AM and I couldn’t figure out where to put my key cards. There was a large garage type door that have been pulled down in front of the lobby desk. I took my keys back to the room and left them on the table.

The room layout was nice. However there were absolutely no dishes in the kitchen. The toilet was clogged and the tub didn’t drain. When we left in the morning there was no staff around. The reception desk had a metal screen down and no place to return our keys

Nice and good price

It was a nice and roomy hotel. I like the spaciousness for my family. Only thing i had an issue with is the shower was broken and i saw 3 roaches. I didn't like that my children got blamed for am incident that did not involve them that occurred at 2am, when we were actually sleep. The area was quiet and overall it was nice.

Old Carpet Bad Odor

Very friendly check-in. An unpleasant peculiar odor hit us as we entered the room. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom was clean. The bed was VERY firm. I went to report the odor, but the front desk was closed for the night. We will not stay here unless they replace the carpet.

The rooms are very spacious and it was great having a full size fridge and freezer - and laundry facilities. FYI, bring laundry soap (there’s none to purchase on property so we ran to Kroger). It’s $2.50 per cycle, and takes credit card or quarters. My only issue was there were three bath towels…and four of us who needed to shower. For the price and amenities, I would 💯 stay here again!

The only clean where the sheets and towels… cabinets and floor where dirty, we have cockroaches , the garbage can in the bathroom still have feminine pads for the previous guests, the kitchen sink had cigarette filters on the drain, the mattress was in very bad condition (one side is sinking and had bumps the elevator was broken all the time…we just stay because it was convenient to cook ourselves than buy breakfast, lunch and dinner for almost 10 days but next time I will do my best to get a better place

It will do once in the room

Alishia was upbeat, pleasant and helpful at check-in. Returned late one night and key would not let me in the front door. Nightman answered phone quickly, was responsive and friendly. Hallway had a different food odor each night, not pleasant. Room was clean enough but couple of dead bugs by the AC unit, didn't see any live ones during the stay. Bathroom was clean, kitchen area clean but extremely date and one cupboard door would not stay closed. They need to rip out the carpet, probably clean but just doesn't look it anymore

Garbage all over when walking to breakfast every morning. Mostly only issues with the room. Disappointed with no fridge and then the size of the one that came. Multi-night stays should have a decent mini fridge. Couldn’t even fit the water bottle provided. Shower was a drizzle and shampoo was labeled hand soap and hand soap was label was scratched off… very confusing so i just bought my own. Phone also did not work in the room and floor must have been dirty cause only time i went barefoot was to shower and lint and dirt was everywhere once i got in. Overall though, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated that. Still wouldn’t stay again unfortunately. Sorry
