"Stunning hotel with really great staff. The room was super comfortable and we were thrilled to get a view of Mount Fuji from our room! would definitely recommend this place , it is only one stop away from the airport too and the staff looked after our luggage after we checked out."

Room was clean and serviceable but looking dated. Good value for the price.
It would be nice to have additional outlets. I had to unplug the light and TV in order to plug in my phone and iPad.
Two pillows per bed would have been appreciated. I realize that there were a few pillows available in the lobby area but these were quickly gone.
Check-in worked well, breakfast was great.

Very modern clean property. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and were able to communicate well enough in English, which we very much appreciated. Chinatown is just a few minutes' walk away,as is the Redbrick Building, which is old warehouses turned into shopping and restaurants. The Cup Noodle Museum is also that close; unfortunately it was closed the day we planned to go (Tuesday). There is a train station entry right outside the hotel entrance. Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

Well situated on the Yokohama waterfront across from Yamashita Park. Helpful and attentive staff. We had stayed there previously and our return there met every expectation. Highly recommended.

Very close to the Unicorn Gundam statue! Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, train station is also very close.
Offers paid airport shuttle service that drops you off at Haneda airport!

Super convenient location with restaurant pratically overlooking the international checkin counters. Small typical rooms but well designed for layovers. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Steps to shopping and dining. Walk to hub that can take you to all sightseeing ops in the area (Bus depot, Train hub, monorail, or even ferry/boat). Breakfast buffet is a small spread but very fine and well prepared and well selected items; unusal for a hotel this size. Definitely a 5 star act.

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices.
Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service!
I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on...
