New tower (was finished 2yrs ago). We had a big corner room, just amazing view in the Tokyo tower. 3mins walk to Shibuya station/shibuya scramble crossing. Excellent hotel.

Nice hotel, convenient and comfortable. Staff kind, polite and professional. Room comfortable and clean. Bedding was of good quality. Beautiful bathroom. The access to the hotel is very convenient and close to the station, but it can be complicated with luggage during rush hours. There are many restaurants close to the hotel.

It can be a bit confusing for the first time as this is on the 4th floor. My friend did not find the hotel when he came to visit. The location is superb, easy transportation, lots of nice and good value good/snacks. Connected to Shibuya Stream, great shopping access. I know some people think this is out of the Shibuya shopping zone, but we think this is perfect as it is right on the outskirt of the zone, easy to walk to without the noise and traffic. We did not see the crossing from our room given it was a corner room. The room size was very nice, with dedicated sofa and desk area. We can see Shibuya from both sides of the windows. The hotel offers LG steamer, which turned out to be very useful, after heavy meals. The staff members have been very nice. We could tell they were trying their best to help despite the language barrier sometimes. We had a great time here and we will come back here next time to Tokyo.

Amazing location. It does not get any better than this if you are staying in Shibuya for the first time. Furthermore, the hotel is literally next to the Shibuya station. You can get anywhere in Tokyo by just walking to the station in 5 minutes. I highly recommend. As someone who rarely takes public transportation, this was an amazing place. Also, being in Shibuya gives you access to plenty of dining and entertainment options. If you are staying in Tokyo for the first time, and do not speak any Japanese, this place is for you. Sure, it's going to cost extra than the other hotels nearby, but trust me when I say that it is worth it!

Rooms were clean but slightly dated. Trains and shopping all around the hotel. Great location!

Located in the shibuya stream right next to the station. A little complicated to get to the hotel especially at night when the regular entrance is closed but great location super nice rooms and they offer you anything you need

Location of the hotel is great, convenient to access from Haneda or Narita Airport. Lots of shopping and food options. Standard double room size is adequate and staff are friendly. In terms of room usage, there are no hooks to hang towels and the lights switches are irritating. Also, there are not enough washing machines, 3 machines for the entire hotel is hardly enough. There should be machines on every floor. But overall great hotel and I would stay there again the next time I am in Tokyo.

Love the hotel!!! The location was so convenient, right on the center of everything. The room, the staff and amenities were great!!! Everyone were very helpful and nice. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Japan.

Room was spotless, most staff members were professional, the rooms do not have any heat which would been nice on the colder days, tv doesn't have any english channels, breakfast buffet was very average.
