"The staff here are incredible. A bit shout out to Ashley, manager of housekeeping for her kindness and flexibility as I needed to have a late check out. No questions asked and a big “no problem”, now that’s customer service. The free breakfast was great and again the servers were friendly and kind. Front desk staff were accommodating and friendly also. A great place to stay if you visit Truro. "

"I was very disappointed, and I am not picky. Dirty towels. No face cloths. Barely any hot water. Stains of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. No snow maintainance outside of room. Smallest telelvision I’ve ever experienced in a motel room. Bed was comfy. That was the only plus. Sad since I like supporting small local establishments. "
