"The room we were given faced the water so at first we were pleased then work began in the room next door. It sounded like drilling of some kind and this continued on and off into the early evening. Even though the hotel didn't seem to be at all busy we were surprised we had been given this noisy room. The bathroom door didn't close properly as it scraped along the floor and the hooks on the back of the door for the towels fell off when I was in the shower. The breakfast was self service and there was a variety of items to choose from. The hotel was a bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc to bring it up to a higher standard."

"Property is being renovated, and they're doing it not floor by floor but scattered so no floor was with out noise or work going on. That being said the renovations are good. The location was really good close to restaurants and sights to see. Staff was more that willing to help and guid you."

"Did not know that there were so many stairs to get to and from the bachelor apt., However Hosts were there at the time we arrived to check on things and graciously helped us up the stairs with our bags ! We really appreciated their friendliness and kindness after a long day . The oatmeal cookies that were left for us as a special treat were fantastic and waking up to a beautiful view with Canada geese on the lawn by the lake was amazing!"
